Refund Policy (KPR & Co.)

Each KPR & Co. item is made on demand, just for you.
Because of that, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there’s a problem with your order, please email hello@shopkprandco.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number + photos. We’ll make it right.

Please note that size exchanges aren’t available since every piece is made individually, but we’re happy to help you reorder the correct size.
